It is the Law or Code for building 1-2 story residential buildings. I found the code book to actually be superior to books such as Graphic Guide to Frame Construction (For Pros By Pros) It is harder to read, but tells you how far to space your nails for each element etc. It not only has similar pictures, but is also the law that most cities and counties abide by, and gives ALOT more info.
